Minneapolis, 2024: Elly and Matt won a giveaway, and we opted to photograph something they had already planned to do anyway, making cookies in a cozy Christmas family session! I’ve found that photographing families and young kids, especially in their own homes, means more authentic moments and less stress overall. We hung out for about an hour, making cookies and letting Jonny follow his heart. This is what I created:
